Isnoh the Wendigo [Reference]

I've been wanting to make a wendigo character for quite a while now and have done numerous sketches, so I decided to finally bring them together into a cohesive character: Isnöh the Wendigo. I will fill out his info later on, as it's getting pretty late. There are still a lot of characters that I need to eventually upload. >_> Me and my weird characters...

As always, stuck in a cool-color rut. I just can't help it, and he is all of my favorite colors. ^^

He is quite a strong character, but is very rarely encountered, spending the majority of his time wandering the barren and frozen landscapes.

Fighting Styles and Battle Abilities:
Isnöh is an adept fighter, great at using his powerful claws, but prefers to use his ice abilities for confrontations. His battle style is not very structured and very chaotic. He will gouge at his foe's flesh with his claws, teeth, and antlers. He can detach his antlers and use them for both climbing and battle. Due to his gaunt physique and light weight, he can move unnoticed and sneak up on those unaware. He is very swift, attacking with a flurry of slices and blows that will catch most off guard, and he can hit quite hard with his claws when he actually uses them. 

Isnöh can freely manipulate ice, being his strongest and most versatile tool. He can freeze things in place, create icy spears, churn up a blizzard, make his surroundings subzero, vault himself high into the air, and freeze the matter beneath himself to "surf" on. His ice attacks are ineffective against both heat and sound.

Isnöh can cause those that are weak-willed to experience hallucinations, but cannot actually determine the subject. He will often resort to this once his target's vitality and willpower are drained. The recovery times are dependent on their initial stability and focus. Isnöh can cause others around him to gain an insatiable hunger, both physically and mentally. If under extended exposure, it can lead to insanity, dementia, and violent outbursts. One can often tell when he is nearby if they begin feeling said symptoms, as well as a strong urge to kill and consume. As a consequence of his deathly essence and pallor, vegetation and wildlife within proximity to him will wither and die.

He will often use his powers from a distance, never becoming known to his targets. Most assume that the harsh climate and isolation are the cause, which are in fact being created and inflicted by Isnöh.

Due to his connection to Syndranon's presence, he cannot be killed outright, but merely banished temporarily. 

Personality:
Isnöh is very unpredictable and suffers from an unstable mind. He can be rather calculating at times and extremely dangerous to anyone around him. He has a deep-set determination that causes him to hold grudges and to pursue his targets ruthlessly. Due to his unstable nature, his moods can shift drastically without warning, going from silently brooding to full-blown violent behavior. Since he is rarely encountered, much of his habits and personality traits are unknown.

Background:
Isnöh dwells in the isolated and snow-covered regions of mountains and tundras. He has been cited in numerous locations, being said to be the embodiment of the harsh, unforgiving frozen world. He is rarely seen, and most who engage him are never heard of again. There have been rumors that those claimed by him are transformed by his influence and eventually become Wendigos themselves. Due to these legends, the regions he has been seen in are strongly avoided, and nearby villages and towns actively limit access to them. However, there have been those that curiosity have gotten the better of. His presence is interpreted as an ill omen, with death and psychosis following soon after. He is mostly considered a frightening legend by the inhabitants of distant areas, but there are those that know his existence is very real.

Isnöh's background is mostly vague and elusive, but most believe him to have originated from Syndranon's evil influence over the lands before he was originally banished. However, due to Syndranon's resurrection, Isnöh has been noticed more frequently in recent times, though still rarely seen.
